Order to manufacture

You can order to manufacture any position you liked from the Catalogue or Boutique. Information is updated regularly.

Depending on the quantity and final complexity of you order articles as well as your possible additional demands:

• amount of partial advance payment varies in the range of 20 - 50%,
• manufacture period could be min. 2, max. 4 months,
• volume of discounts could achieve up to 50%.

Procedures

1. Please mentioning

  -  full name of the article, its catalogue No, total quantity required,
  -  your max. purchase budget, contact e-mail,
  - when and how you want to receive the finished product(s) (personally in Geneva ,
    in Moscow or by express mail (in which country and region)),

in case you have additional demands – please give details:
  - on the materials to be used,
  - if you wish the article(s) to be manufactured by a certain master,
  - whether you prefer to introduce changes to the existing design, to offer draft of your own (in which form and/or kind)
    or to order design and/or draft elaboration according to your description.

2. In few days you will receive our detailed confirmation of your application as well as request to place an order.

3. As soon as we receive your confirmed order along with the agreed amount of partial advance payment to our bank account, manufacture process will be started and completed. We will advise you about your order fulfilment correspondingly and transfer the finished products to you.
