To receive the finished products in Geneva or Moscow

To purchase our products, you need:

• when (not earlier than in 5 banking days), where (in Geneva or in Moscow) and who (name, contact phone and e-mail address) will be ready to pick up the item(s),
• your payment (during nearest 2 banking days) confirmation (please put in the precise final amount of your payment: you can transfer the total sum due or 20% of it requesting the overall final payment in cash in the moment when the product(s) are to be handed over to you) and to effect your payment according to our instructions.

Your order will be reserved for you at least for 5 banking days starting from your order date. After our bank’s receiving of your transfer we will contact you with no delay to confirm and define exact details of our meeting.

Your order will be reserved for you at least for 5 banking days starting from your order date. During 48 hours after our bank’s receiving of your transfer we will advise you the expedition date, the name of the first-class express company selected (usually DHL) as well as other necessary details.

All possible import duties and/or levies on the territory of the country of import are sole responsibility of receiver.
